Soho House APP
I led the design across the new table booking experience creating the full end-to-end journey working closely with the product owner and development teams
During the pandemic and the introduction of the new government guidelines, the priority for the business was to make sure that the Soho House team was ready to welcome back their members and do it safely according to social distancing rule. The new table booking feature would allow the reservation team to keep a better organisation of the restaurants at the houses and reduce their workload.
